General information and conditions

Rates listed indicate prices per person/day in euros, with all eva,paradise amenities and taxes included, with the exception of the local tax of € 1.10 per adult/day. When you book a weekend stay (Thursday-Sunday), a surcharge will apply (as indicated on the price sheet).

Booking

In order to confirm your reservation, we require a minimum deposit of € 300 per room in the form of a fee-free money transfer to our company account.

Cancellations

Room cancellations must be received in writing. Up to 3 months prior to the arrival date, no cancellation fees apply; up to 1 month before the arrival date, charges for a 3-day stay will apply. If the cancellation occurs less than once month prior to the arrival date, or in the case of an early departure, you will be billed for 80% of your booked stay. Cancellation policies as outlined by the Austrian hotel regulations are in effect.

Parking at eva,garden

Free parking on the hotel premises. Upon request, underground parking is also available at a rate of € 11,00 per day (approx. 500 m from the hotel).

Dogs

€ 15 per day (please bring dog mat and basket). We reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee if deemed necessary.
